The webcam has recently moved from south Nashville to LaVergne Tennessee which is located in Rutherford county, just south of Nashville.
The webcam used to reside at Hess Hall at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. You can see the old page, and the full archive of the Hess Hall Webcam.
Firefox and Camino users can enjoy a streaming version of the cam.
For those that are interested, the webcam is a Kensington VGACam that normally runs under Gentoo Linux/PPC on an old Beige G3, however, the cam is sometimes plugged into a Dell nSeries running Fedora. Both machines use Camsource to serve the images to the web.
