Midnight Cheese

I hit the 100,000 mile mark on my car on the drive home from Clerks II last night. I’ve had the car since July, 2003 @ 37,000 miles, which means I’ve put on 63,000 miles in 3 years. 21,000 miles per year. Will the car last another 5 years and hit 200,000 miles?

Also, Clerks II was the best movie of the summer so far.

This is about all that came out of the nighttime photo expedition last night before the rain came.

Vox sounds like the OS X of blogging. Supposedly there’s a lot of AJAX goodness to make tasks simple. I’m still hoping for an invite before they open up publicly in the fall.

After a fitting round of ping-pong by strobe light, Ernie and Jessica and I caught a showing of You, Me & Dupree, which I would have to rate as average. Oh, and there’s something very odd about Bellevue.. I haven’t completely figured it out yet… For some reason it reminds me of Memphis… which could explain a lot.

Tonight I’ll Merredith and I will be taking the time machine back about 20 years to see Cinderella and Poison at Starwood. I’m sure it will be… interesting to say the least. I just hope it’s not sad.

I wish I had time to submit something to the Fake Leopard Screenshot contest, but that’s basically inventing a new UI in a timeframe of 2 weeks. Not something to be taken lightly, but I’m sure there will be a lot of good results.

There’s a whole lot of complaining going on at the Complaint Hub. As there should be.
