		<description>The backlight is definitely different on this machine than on their previous laptops. It&#039;s almost like there&#039;s some type of reflective panel back there, because as you move your head or tilt the screen, the brightness kind of rolls along with the tilt. So I think that brightness increase at the base has to do with the angle you look at the screen.

Battery life is running just over 3 hours according to the battery menu. I haven&#039;t done a full battery calibration yet, as outlined in the manual, however.

Heat hasn&#039;t been an issue, yet. I haven&#039;t had a chance to get into anything processor or graphics intensive, though, either. So we shall see.</description>

		<description>Does yours have the irregular backlighting that others have been complaining about? It looks like it from the photo as there is a noticeable increase in brightness at the base of your screen, but I am not sure.

Have you tried out the battery life yet? How is the heat?</description>
